If I used a different email address when I put down $1 for the pre-launch bonus, will I still be able to get my Death Dice?
Yes! After the campaign ends and you receive the BackerKit survey, you will be able to enter the email address you used when you put down $1 for the Death Dice. We’ll then manually add the Dice to your order. So you’ll be all set!

If my BackerKit and Patreon emails are different, can I still get the bonus Patreon items?
Yes. If you can use your Patreon, please do. But if you can’t, we will be able to manually match it after the campaign is over and manually add the dice to your order. We’ll have instructions on how to do this once the campaign ends and the surveys go out.

No, you do not. The Deathbringer rules are fully compatible with Shadowdark (along with most OSR rules and settings), but you can use the Deathbringer rules by themselves.

Is Deathbringer in color or black and white?
Deathbringer rules are in color and diget sized. They will fit in with Shadowdark and other similar OSR books.

Can you play Deathbringer solo?
Although we don’t have solo rules for Deathbringer at the moment, using the SoloDark rules from Shadowdark should work fine with Deathbringer if you wish to play Deathbringer in solo mode.

Yes, you can. After the Kickstarter is over, you will be charged right away for the tier you selected. A few weeks later, you will be invited to the BackerKit pledge manager, where you will submit your shipping address, pay for shipping, and be allowed to add any “add-ons” to your pledge. You can also change your pledge level. We have allowed this option in BackerKit and turned it on for all backers.

If I was a VIP do I need to add my bonus items to my pledge?
No, as long as you use the same email address to back the Kickstarter as the one you used for your VIP pre-order, you are all set! All free pre-order items will automatically be added to your pledge after you fill out your survey. You will also be given the ability to provide your email if you used a different email from your pre-order and your Kickstarter.

When will I get my hardcover books?
The Battlezoo Eldamon: Legends hardcovers will be produced in mid-2027. We expect these hardcovers, both the standard and limited edition versions, to arrive in the warehouse during Winter 2027 and be sent out shortly thereafter.
For all other hardcovers that are already in stock, you will have the option to have them shipped in May 2026; you simply will need to pay for shipping for these hardcovers.

When will I get the original Battlezoo Eldamon PDF, VTT, and hardcover?
Once the Kickstarter ends and you fill out the BackerKit form, you’ll gain immediate access to all digital assets, including the PDF, VTT module key, digital assets, and more. As for the hardcover book, you can either have it shipped in May 2026 or along with the Eldamon Legends hardcover.

How do I get the Eldamon preorder if I put down $1 before the Kickstarter?
The Limited Edition Eldamon Hardcover will automatically be added to your order in BackerKit after the campaign ends. If you used the same email address for the Kickstarter that you used for the pre-order, we’ll automatically find your order and add the hardcover to your order. If you use a different email address for the pre-order and the Kickstarter, you’ll be able to match the two to ensure you receive your Limited Edition hardcover.
As long as you order any physical tier, you’ll get the limited edition Eldamon hardcover automatically along with the original Eldamon PDF. Otherwise, you can order a digital tier, and you’ll simply receive the Eldamon PDF.
Don’t worry, we’ve done this many times in the past, and basically all you need to do is back the Kickstarter, and you should be good to go!

Can I add the Foundry VTT module to my order?
Yes, you can either add it as an “add-on” in Kickstarter, or once the Kickstarter ends, you’ll have the ability to add the Foundry Module to any tier for a small additional fee. You can see the exact details on how the process works in the text area of each tier in the graphic above.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
